Picked up an old parts washer for the shop. Don’t know much about it besides that it seems
to be from
the mid 70s and the price was right (free)
Looks to be a pretty decent unit, 10 gallons, and sized about right to do most motorcycle parts or smaller automotive parts
Unsure if it works, need to go grab some solvent and see if it pumps. It does make a humming noise when I p ower it on empty, so that’s promising.

Parts washers are awesome, just keep your body parts covered, wear a mask.

For sure, I have it placed in a part of the garage that should stay fairly ventilated, and I always wear nitrile gloves when I work.
